MMA structural two-pack adhesives

SAF® methyl methacrylate adhesives are reliable two-pack adhesives for load-bearing applications. Our adhesives connect metals, composites and plastics. They combine strength with flexibility. Products can be powder-coated after adhesive bonding. Tough and elastic materials can be also bonded, with up to 400% elongation at break. Only limited pretreatment is required to obtain a strong, long-lasting bond.

SAF products:

•  Safe in use
•  Fire and smoke resistant (M1/F1 (standard NF F 16-101 and STM-S 001)
•  Suitable for a range of process speeds
•  Bonds have a long life, ageing-resistant to NFEN ISO 9142 – D3 cycle

Epoxy adhesives

These adhesives prevent corrosion. Hence they are particularly suitable for joining metals. They also reliably bond wood, ceramics, composites and porous materials such as foam and concrete. De Monchy has a wide range of standard systems. We can also formulate adhesives to meet specific customer requirements. Epoxy adhesives are widely used in the composites, marine, transport, sports and construction industries.
