My journey at de Monchy International began in September 2023. With a degree in International Business and Languages, I always had the ambition to work for an international company where I could put my language skills to good use, among other things. The reason behind my choice for de Monchy is that coming here literally feels like a warm embrace.

 

My passion lies in marketing. I'm captivated by how a brand can penetrate the minds of consumers through branding and how it can establish a connection that goes beyond just a product or service, creating an unforgettable customer journey. I love understanding consumers' motivations, desires and emotions and responding to them creatively to build lasting customer relationships. An example that inspires me in this regard is Rituals. This is a perfect example of a brand that not only offers products, but creates a complete experience. According to them, customers are not just looking for cosmetic products, but for moments of relaxation, self-care and rituals that enrich their day. This goes beyond just selling a bottle of shower gel; it is about creating an atmosphere, an emotion and a connection with the customer.

 

People who work with me can expect a lot of enthusiasm, energy and positivity. I am always open to hearing what others have to say and am receptive to fresh insights and ideas. I am an optimist; I see the glass as half full and prefer to focus on solutions rather than problems.
