You and we cannot (and will not) ignore them, 'Quality'. By quality, we mean a product, service or service that meets the required specifications / standards. Due to the large increase in products and services in recent years, the quality of a product and its control has become increasingly important. In this process, laws and regulations must be met. At De Monchy, we state that quality is the most important thing. The raw materials we deliver, the technical details we communicate, the technical support on site and the guarantee we give are decisive for the formation of an end product and your success. The process after regulatory control is at least as important. How do we as an organization ensure that the standards endorse and continuously improve De Monchy's unique value, according to the 'plan-do-check-act' cycle. 

Quality manager Tom Piket and Quality professional Roxane Dekker have been shaping the internal control process for years, and act as a source of information and support for external partners. They are in daily contact with customers and suppliers who need more information through a questionnaire and Safety Datasheet. At De Monchy, we are happy to answer your questions as quickly and efficiently as possible.
