The Technyl umbrella - DOMO Chemicals

DOMO Chemicals has previously acquired Polytechnyl ('High performance' Polyamides) in Europe. Including the well-known TECHNYL brand. We hereby announce that all Domamid, Econamid and Thermec brands will be united under the TECHNYL umbrella worldwide. The purpose of this change for DOMO chemicals is to strengthen its brand identity and harmonise and simplify its product lines.

DOMO Chemical has slightly updated the current TECHNYL® nomenclature with attributes that emphasise special product performance, so that you can more easily and immediately identify the right product for your needs.

The new nomenclature

For you, this means that the product you buy from De Monchy will change brand and/or nomenclature. You can be sure that the composition, technology or processing of the materials will not change. In the event that your material is modified, your De Monchy specialist will contact you. The change of nomenclature aims to improve the visibility of the DOMO brand and to simplify purchasing for you, the customer. DOMO Chemicals is doing this by aligning product descriptions with its principles of delivering quality, service excellence and consistency.

The new brand architecture is effective immediately. The new nomenclature will replace the current nomenclature in all documentation, such as order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, certificates of analysis and technical data sheets. To ensure a smooth transition, the old and the new nomenclature will coexist till the end of 2023.
