During our last recertification from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 it is no longer compulsory to have a manual. It is time for change and progress.
A picture says more than a 1000 words, which is why we have chosen to translate our manual to a clarifying picture. Supporting processes and the main process, but mainly all that keeps our processes going can be seen in the image. With our ‘Why’: “We create the future together”, as cogwheel and gear, as this is whatsets our company into motion. From 200 pages of a manual to one image – this shows how we keep things simple.
To get all our enthusiastic employees on the same page, we have introduced the document and its usage during a presentation. By clicking on the image our team member is able to receive up to date information on the relevant subject.
