Modern teams work collaboratively, cross-functionally, and remotely across time zones and departments. Email is a great tool for one-on-one communication, but to meet the needs of a modern team, it requires adaptation. Fortunately, shared mailboxes are the ideal solution for team collaboration, modern workflows, and transparent communication. That’s why, from now on, our team of Customer Care professionals can be reached via the below shared mailboxes:

How does it work?

The use of our shared mailbox is effective from now on, so please send your orders or order-related requests there instead of to your contacts’ personal email address. Your dedicated Customer Care professional will continue to be responsible for handling your requests, but will from now on answer directly from our shared mailbox.

What are your benefits?

By allowing multiple people to use one shared mailbox, more orders can be processed. An added benefit is that in the absence of one of our colleagues, the process of taking over an ongoing request will be much more streamlined.
