The past year has had many extremes. Besides personal challenges, various industries have been tested for their resilience. The industries De Monchy works in and for have been challenged on availability, delivery speed and balanced prices. A surplus of demand & disrupted supply chains required patience, creativity and an extra sharp planning. We are therefore very grateful to our longterm suppliers, logistic partners and our customers for their cooperation and flexibility. This once again reconfirmed that working with A-class suppliers is the best foundation for success and creates a difference. Together with this continued support from all of you, we successfully managed to satisfy the needs and demands of our growing customerbase!

As an internationally operating company with family roots, it's in our DNA to always look at the future with a positive mindset. For 2022 De Monchy intends to further expand our exclusive long-term partnerships with important suppliers across the geographical area throughout Northern Western Europe (including the United Kingdom, Ireland, DACH, Benelux, and Scandinavia). This will include our continued expansion on our portfolio of bio-based, renewable and recycle raw materials, in order to provide the right solutions to our customer base and enable them to successfully respond to new market trends and to comply to more stringent legislation.

At De Monchy ‘We create the future together’. In 2022, we will continue to be present with our enthusiasm, passion, and decisiveness. We'll keep improving and putting more emphasis on innovation & sustainability. In light of showcasing our identity, we have decided to make a donation to The Ocean Cleanup. We are aware of the environmental issues and are convinced that everyone, including governments, companies and end-users, should take responsibility when it comes to waste-management.
