Dyna-Purge® K is a high- and specially developed quality with an exclusive '3X' technology. This dynamic product acts on the processing window of the process. The unique formula makes it possible to safely remove polymer, color, carbon, additives and impurities without abrasives or chemicals.
Applications: Injection - cold and hot runners. Extrusion - profile, plate, cast film & compounding
Temperature range: 143º C - 287º C
Types of polymers: Flexible PVC, TPE, TPO, TPR, TPV, TPU & other low temperature and soft polymers
Minimum clearance: No restrictions
Rinse amount: 1 to 2 times vessel capacity (actual amount required depends on machine conditions)
