Dyna-Purge® E2 is a high- and specially developed quality with an exclusive '3X' technology. This dynamic product acts on the processing window of the process. The unique formula makes it possible to safely remove polymer, color, carbon, additives and impurities without abrasives or chemicals.
Applications: Injection - cold and hot passage. Extrusion - Profile, Plate, Cast Film, Compounding & blow molding
Temperature range: 302º C - 379º C
Types of polymers: high temperature engineering plastics (i.e., PEEK, PEI, PPS, PPA, PSU, etc.)
Minimum free space: None
Rinse amount: 1 to 2 times vessel capacity (actual amount required depends on machine conditions)
