Dyna-Purge® C for Clear and Transparent Polymers

Dyna-Purge® C is a specialized purging compound designed for use with clear and transparent polymers. It offers high-quality purging performance and utilizes expansion technology to optimize the processing window during polymer manufacturing. This dynamic product effectively removes polymers, colorants, carbon residues, additives, and impurities without the need for abrasive materials or chemicals.

Applications:

• Injection Molding: Suitable for both cold and hot runner systems.
• Extrusion: Ideal for profile extrusion, cast film production, sheet extrusion, compounding, and blow molding processes.

Temperature Range:

Dyna-Purge® C is effective within a temperature range of 193°C to 310°C.

Compatible Polymer Grades:

This purging compound is designed for use with clear or transparent polymers such as PET(G), GPPS, PC, SAAN, PMMA, and others.

Minimum Clearance:

No specific restrictions on clearance requirements.

Amount of Purge:

Typically, 1 to 2 times the barrel capacity is used for effective purging. The exact amount required may vary depending on machine conditions.
