Paul Hendriks has been working since 2000 at De Monchy International. Right now, he is the Business Unit Manager of the thermoplastics department. He finds it important that his daily practice is based on doing business while building relationships, internal as well as external.

Paul works at De Monchy International BV because he finds this an ambitious company with a hands-on mentality, allowing him to develop, take initiative, and responsibility.

His biggest inspiration is Mathieu van der Poel who is a road cyclist and mountain biker. He is super talented, extremely eager, and has the drive, despite all his achievements, to continuously challenge himself.
