My name is Hans Haasnoot. I joined de Monchy on September 1st 2022, as Technical sales manager Thermoplastics. I combine my practical experience as a model/matrix maker, manager plastic department with my experiences gained at the National Aerospace Laboratory, model maker and business office lead, and TNO team lead Instrument manufacturing.

I see at de Monchy my opportunity to combine the love for thermoplastics and my experiences gained in different positions at both research institutes and manufacturing companies. At de Monchy I get the chance to approach the market from the other side. In particular to also be able to see the opportunities and challenges in the field of recycling and CO2 footprint reduction and to assist the market in this transition.
