Renewable materials

Bio-composites are fibre-reinforced plastics consisting, in full or in part, from renewable materials. Both the plastic matrix and the reinforcing fibres can be plant-based. Bio-composites are used in construction, the automotive industry and for enclosures for electronic equipment.
