 My adventure at de Monchy International began on 18 September 2023. With a degree in International Business and Languages under my belt, I always had the ambition to work at an international company where I could put my language skills to use, among other things. The reason behind my choice of de Monchy is that coming here literally feels like a warm bath.

My passion lies in marketing. I am fascinated by how a brand can get into consumers' minds through branding and how you can create a connection beyond just a product or service through an unforgettable customer journey. I love understanding consumers' motivations, desires and emotions and responding to them creatively to build lasting customer relationships. An inspiration for me in this respect is, for example, Rituals. This is a perfect example of a brand that not only offers products, but creates a total experience. According to them, customers are not just looking for cosmetic products, but for moments of relaxation, self-care and rituals that enrich their day. This goes beyond just selling a bottle of shower gel; it is about creating an atmosphere, an emotion and a connection with the customer.

 

People who work with me can expect a lot of enthusiasm, energy and positivity. I am always willing to listen to what others have to say and am open to new insights and ideas. With me the glass is always half full and I prefer to think in terms of solutions rather than problems.
