Jasmin Wiechmann

“My empathy helps me adapting to each client and customer”

Jasmin is our Sales Manager of the Thermoplastics Department in Germany at De Monchy International since 2017. It's her responsibility to expand Dyna Purge’s customer base (and other polymers) in the Northern German market and make Dyna Purge better known in particular.

Jasmin concentrates on problems that can occur during the customer’s or prospect’s production process. She offers solutions, supporting customers with trials, and answering their questions.

Her biggest example and inspiration is Jens Wiechmann because he loves his job, is direct (retaining a friendly manner), is open to new topics, cultures, people, and other philosophies.

To conclude, Jasmin is a resolute, friendly, and empathic person. She enjoys working for De Monchy International because loves her team; she feels appreciated and trusted as an individual within the company.
